Borj Dubai is the tallest building on Earth ever constructed and its not even yet finished. Contruction started at September 21, 2004 and it will probably end in September 2009. It is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. At 12 May 2008 bulding reached height of 636m, of projected 818 m with antenna. There is more than 160 completed floors. Final goal will be to surpass the Warsawa radio mast (646m) which collapsed in 1991. Total costs for Borj Dubai is about 4,1 millard US dollars. Current office space price reached 4000$ per square metter. The final height is not official and it is only projected. Height is secret because of other building competitors. There was to major competitor which are in planning stage: Murjan Tower, Manama, Bahrain (1022m) and Burj Mubarak al-Kabir, Kuwait (1001m). Also there is one more project planned The Mile High Tower, Saudi Arabia, with height which is hard to imagine – 1609 m. Here are few images of not yet finished Burj Dubai.
