Aleutian Archipelago is part of the Alaska and they are most western part of the United States Of America. Population of the Unalaska City is 4347. Duch Harbor is main port fascilities and are located on Amaknak Island but it is connected with Unalaska with the bridge. As Aleutian archipelago is located on northern part of Pacific Ring Of Fire seismic activity is very often. Makushin Volcano 1735 m is located on the island but it is not visible from the Unalaska City. Climate is oceanic, with heavy rainfall and fogs which are is almost constant with average temperature at 3.4 C. Unalaska port is largest fishing port in USA in term of volume of seafood cought. 
There is one Hotel in the City. The Grand Aleutian Hotel is located on the Margaret Bay site that was used as an outpost for American forces during World War II. This site was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1985. In May of 1993 it made history of another kind when they opened their doors as a new landmark hotel- the first of its kind, a 112-room hotel in the Aleutians. With a three-story lobby that greets hotel guests, the Grand Aleutian has much to offer. There is Margaret Bay Cafe, an airy, casual dining restaurant that overlooks the harbor. Cape Cheerful Lounge, where guests and locals alike enjoy the piano bar. The centerpiece of the second floor is the Chart Room, an elegant dining room that serves world-class cuisine and a mouthwatering view. The Grand Aleutian Gift Shop features works from many local artists and merchandise unique to this locale.
